I have made a very short video, it’s only 2 minutes and 41 seconds. No stress, you can fit this into your tight schedule, and you will learn more about this very long word, psychoendoneuroimmunology. Also in this video, I will quickly show you how to do a simple restorative yoga pose, Legs Up the Wall.

Legs Up the Wall is also known as Viparita Karani.
Legs Up the Wall Pose is not recommended for people with eye conditions such as glaucoma and detached retina. It is also not recommended for those with hiatal hernias or heart conditions.
If you’re new, start by practicing this pose for 1 minute every day. When you become more comfortable with it, aim for 5 to 10 minutes a day.
Well done Renee. I think the shorter videos will get more viewing and that is an excellent way to regenerate ones energy.

thanks, yes I am way too new to do long videos. Although I will do some long videos here and there, for practice 🙂 even if no one watches them.

Well done Mountain Energy Yoga, I can see where this would be great for the spine and also to regenerate ones energy.
