We need to be breathing through our nose. Mouth breathing has exploded. It has become more and more widely practiced. Our skulls have changed and adapted to this new type of breathing and this makes it even harder for us to go back to what serves us best, nose breathing.

I have created a short video, only 2 minutes and 54 seconds, I make them short because I would be honoured if you would help me out. YouTube uses algorithms decide if the video should be recommended. So far what I know, the algorithms will work for me if people watch my videos, the entire video (that’s why I make them short) in YouTube, and if they click the like button, and if they comment on my video. Please help with this revolution of getting everybody back into nose breathing, it will do wonders for mental and physical health if we can improve our breathing!

I only breathe through my nose and it bugs the heck out of me to be around mouth breathers, Daytime, not as noticeable but people who sleep with their mouthes open/ Yuck!
