Join my yoga nidra classes, happening live on Monday nights on zoom. You may feel very soothed if you try this practice. As with any practice you will want to try it more than once, you need to practice to get better at it. Meditation practices like yoga nidra may help (don’t ask Health Canada) with the following things: insomnia, stress, emotional awareness, anxiety, mind body connection, memory loss, attention span, heart rate, blood pressure, addiction, chronic pain.
Get one class for 10$ CAD or if you’re looking for the best value choose three classes for 20$ CAD.
The classes will take place on Mondays at 8:00 p.m. AST.
